Lazy Sunday Mornings.

To me, a lazy Sunday should always involve cups of hot coffee, Death Cab’s Narrow Stairs on the record player and a Diptyque candle burning – after a busy week I need some time to decompress a little, and prep for the week ahead. It’s a staple part of our morning that we never seem to skip; a sleepy routine that we’ve mastered over the years and now look forward to through the week! Since Jordan started on his coffee journey, we’re getting more and more in to crafting the perfect coffee. Well, he is. I still get a bit...

The Dreamiest Diptyque Find.

Perhaps this little Diptyque obsession of mine has taken over my life (not to mention my bank balance… wow), but I couldn’t not purchase this perfectly packaged pastel pick when I was in duty-free recently. It looks like it was made for me! I file candle purchases under ‘self-care’, they completely transform my mood in the evenings and really contribute to me feeling like I have my shit together. Maybe my house is piled high with recycling, maybe I’m making to-do lists filled with tasks I’ve already completed, but I light a dreamy scented candle and I finally feel...

A Place To Store My Jewels.

I’m slowly moving my trinkets, jewels, lotions and potions in to the bedroom – most of these bits were previously stored in my office room, so I was excited to rehome them in a proper space when I decided to turn the office in to an actual real workspace. He did not disappoint, finding a treasure trove of marble and brass goodies on which I could store all my favourite...

Here’s some goals I’m hoping to achieve this coming year, something I always love to do as it’s always fun to look back on this time next year! 01. Plan a wedding! I’m still floating on a little loved-up cloud after...

Elderflower Fizz Cocktails.

With the new year on the horizon (ahh!), I wanted to create a drink that was special enough for the celebrations. Something to wow your guests and totally end up on Instagram… so that’s exactly what I did! I’m not a ‘going out’ kinda person, my New Year’s usually involves sitting in with friends and cocktails, so this is the perfect drink for me.It’s also worth noting that this looks a whole lot more complicated than it is! You have a seriously simple cocktail on your hands with this fizzy concoction.Plus, it really is such a delicious combination –...

Chocolate Orange Martinis.

This year’s selection process for my annual Christmas cocktails was an easy one; chocolate orange is a favourite of mine at this time of year, and I wanted something delicious and fun for parties and cosy evenings alike. This is a super easy tipple that is heavenly to sip – I recommend making a couple before sitting down to watch Home Alone with the Christmas lights all lit up. So festive! I struggled with a garnish with this one, but in the end we settled on chocolate orange popping candy bark. I love the idea and I think it...
